So my friend, you may be wondering what exactly is Smart Wealth?

Well, smart wealth is my way of saying RESIDUAL or PASSIVE INCOME! Working smart, not hard!

Why do I say?

Ok, my friend, there are pretty much three types of income streams you can choose to have.

1. You can chose to make a onetime sale, do a onetime job, or provide a onetime service and be compensated for the service or product you sold… You will enjoy the reward 1 time, and you must do it again to be rewarded again.

2. Let’s say you are working a 9-5 job or whatever your hours are; you are exchanging your time for money. As long as you working for your employer you will get paid. Even if you are a Doctor, or any high paying professional, you are only paid as long as you work. If for any reason you cannot work for an extended period of time, your bank account will be affected or perhaps depleted.

3.  My Favorite… Smart Wealth- also known by most as Residual or Passive income. This is simply the smart way because you are paid even after you have stopped working. Let’s use the example of writing a book…

Writing a book requires you to research, write the book, possibly do numerous revisions, and the tedious task of finding a publisher. And we can’t forget your initial investment, but guess what…

Once you get your book out there and it starts to sell. You will continue to receive royalty checks long after your work is done!

This my friend, should be your Ultimate goal.

Writers, singers, inventors and actors all enjoy it, and there are other ways to achieve it, but there is one very popular way for average people to experience smart wealth, too. You don’t even have to have a high school diploma to experience smart wealth this way either…

The wonderful Multi Billion dollar industry of Network Marketing or Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) has been instrumental in creating millionaires over the past 60 years or so.  And Now the internet is allowing millionaires to be created via Internet/Affiliate Marketing.

How wonderful is that my friend?

I mean just look at some of the perks of Smart Wealth via the Network Marketing/MLM or Internet/Affiliate Marketing industry:

• Anyone Can Do it- It doesn’t matter what your race, education, age or experience level is… You can do it!
• No Boss- This essentially means no more layoffs or missed promotions
• Small Investment with Low Overhead- No inventory or employees
• “On the Go” Business- Just grab your cell phone and laptop… You’re in business!
• Tax Advantages- Uncle Sam pays you to run a home based business, too many advantages to list
• Time Freedom- More time with family, and friends. You are flexible to do whatever, whenever
• Financial Freedom- No ceiling on your income; you control it
• Enriching Fulfillment- As you Grow and Develop it allows you to reach out and help many other people. This is one of the greatest satisfactions of all…

Zig Ziglar said “You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want”

Let me ask you a question, my friend…

This only applies to those of you who are working for someone else and your paycheck is controlled whether you work or not.

If you woke up in the morning, and while you were getting ready for work you received a phone call…

On the other end of the phone it was your boss or whomever you report to, and they told you due to budget cuts, your performance or whatever the case may be… YOU ARE NO LONGER NEEDED!

How Long Could You Survive or Can You Survive With Your Current Financial Situation?

If you don’t have at least a 6 month cushion you are in major trouble.

Let’s say your monthly expenses total $4,500 per month (multiply your monthly expenses by 6)… That means you need to have $27,000 in savings. Being that most people are living paycheck behind paycheck. This should be a serious wake-up call for you if you multiply your monthly expenses by 6 and you don’t have that in your savings/checking’s account.

Did you know… that some homeless people once had the nice house, the nice car and a well put together family, but not having a backup or a smart wealth plan cost them everything.

Please my friend, let this serve to you as an inspiration to make some changes if the above applies to you. I know all too well how going from making $90,000 to Zero overnight will burden you and your family, not to mention the stress and strain it can put on a relationship. I don’t wish this on anyone.

I am going to assume that if you are not creating an income for you and your family by way of smart wealth, you will now put together a plan and start your research.

Whatever avenue you decide to take whether it is becoming a writer, singer, actor, inventor, network marketer/MLMer, internet marketer, or affiliate marketer just to name a few…

Be sure that it will allow you to create Residual or Passive Income so that you will join those of us who enjoy SMART WEALTH!

And, if you really want to kick it into high gear, once you get one smart wealth stream flowing (passively) to around $2,000-$5,000 monthly, you will want to add another smart wealth stream…
